I was born in Fairfield Ca. went to Fairfield HS and Solano Community College before Joining the US. Army. I have a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Troy University that I obtained while in the Army. I am married and have 3 Boys. Faith and Family are everything to me. I am retired from the US Army and enjoyed my time. I still work for the Army today as I thoroughly enjoy being around Soldiers and handing down my knowledge to train them to be experts at what they do. I am proud to say I am a member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association®, an association with the mission of “Veterans Helping Veterans.” I thoroughly enjoy the camaraderie I get from being around other Veterans and helping those in need. “JimDandy” is my road name. I author my books based off dreams that I have, I remember many of them.

Biography

Born in Fairfield, CA, and a graduate of Fairfield High School, James boarded a journey that shaped his life. After attending Solano Community College, he heeded the call of duty and joined the United States Army. It was in the Army that he earned his bachelor’s in Social Science from Troy University, all while cherishing his deep-rooted faith and family values.
James’ extensive experience lies in the development of comprehensive Training Support Packages (TSP). These TSPs encompass a structured Program of Instructions (POI) that intricately outlines the “who, what, where, when, and why” of training delivery. In tandem, his meticulously crafted Lesson Plans (LP), provide instructors with detailed directives, including precise verbiage for effective teaching. Moreover, his expertise extends to the creation of Evaluation Packages, which furnish a roadmap for testing students, featuring step-by-step evaluations and scoring criteria.
With an illustrious military career spanning two decades, James has accumulated a plethora of distinguished training courses and certifications. These accomplishments reflect his firm commitment to excellence and leadership in the military.
